Dr Evil Scientist's Castle
"I call her copybot" Evil Scientist said as the chrome coloured humanoid robot stepped off the table and moved to his side.
"As you can see these robots can project a holographic disguise around themselves thus enabling them to impersonate anyone" Evil Scientist said. "When the good senator arrives this afternoon he'll be meeting not only our beloved mayor."
"And here I thought that you Americans didn't do iron" Foxwood drawled in amusement.
Evil Scientist smirked and inclined his head to the toon fox in amused acknowledgement before continuing. "As well as some of our more illustrious citizenry, the world famous Looney Tunes. Whoever would expect one of them to carry out an assaination attempt on the two politicians."
"Err gee Rocky who would think that?"
"Certainly not you Mugsy you dumb lump."
"Yeah they may look like that pack of goody two shoe losers but can they act like them?" Barnyard Dog asked.
"They can impersonate them so thorughly that even their own children won't be able to tell the difference until it's too late" Henery Hawk said rubbing his hands together happily. "Isn't that so Dr?"
"Indeed. Tell me do you any of you remember the last time we had the sacred blood pay our fair little town a visit?"
"I heard about dat in da big house" Rocky said. "Didn't dey ave some kind of tin canned Mr Potato heads wid them or something?"
"Yeah some of the guards said dey turned the old tiny toons into zombies or something right?" Mugsy asked.
"Or something. The copybots are linked into our prisoners memories yet can only do as they are programmed."
"So why are the Looney Tunes going to attempt an assination?" Ted Mctuffeathers said as he leant forward in his chair across the table.
"All power corrupts?" Marcu asked.
"Well just look at us" Dog said causing them all to snigger.
"Given the senators efforts to erradicate nuclear weapons a stance the mayor has backed" Evil Scientist began.

Jack's office
"Yes yes Athena you were right my child" The Doctor said bouncing on the balls of his feet in the shoes she had brought him. "These fit fine, perfectly even. Now then where we? Oh yes your parents. As they were taken in a coordinated attack the logical assumption would be for them to be held in the same place so any ideas where their going to be kept prisoner?"
"Well Doc, sorry Evil Scientist" Pauline corrected herself as she saw The Doctor flinch "Is the brains out of the lot of them and his castle would be the most likely place to hold them prisoner."
"Well that's one more thing to back up his claim of being The Doctor" Ian whispered to Junior and Piper "He didn't like us calling Evil Scientist Dr either."
"Correction I didn't and still don't like you calling somebody like that by my name" The Doctor said as he walked past them.
"Ian got told off, Ian got told off" Piper sing songed at the scowling rabbit toon while Junior and the two girls sniggered.
"If we could act our ages instead of our shoe size" The Doctor said coming back now wearing one of Jacks spare coats.
"In our case the latter's higher" Ian said.
"Or would be if we actually wore shoes" Piper said causing the others to laugh and even The Doctor gave a brief smirk.
"Kids?" another voice said from somewhere inside the house.
"Chief Anthony?" Ian said as the Toontown chief of police came into the office. "What are you doing here?"
"Jack was supossed to meet me an hour ago to go over the security arrangements for the senators visit this afternoon."
"He's missing Chief along with our parents" Athena told him as several over officers appeared in the doorway behind his shoulder.
"Uh huh and who is he?"
"I'm The Doctor chief."
"The Doctor? You're an inch or so taller than he is, you have green eyes and he has blue eyes and lighter brown hair than you as well as a different shaped face and nose" Chief Anthony said beckoning two officers forward. "Until we find out what's going on here you need to come with us, all of you. You kids will be safe at the station until we can get someone to come for you. You" he said pointing at The Doctor "There's something weird going on here and something tells me you're mixed up in it so the question is are you going to come quietly or not?" he continued as one of the officers reached for his handcuffs.
"Hey you can't" the kids all began but The Doctor hushed them with a wave of his hand as he held his arms out.
"You're making a mistake chief" he said as the officer cuffed him.

Toontown Police Station
"Okay kids you all wait in the conference room, Junior you can call someone to come get you all and then I'll have one of the clerical staff bring you some soda and chips or something" Chief Anthony said as they all entered the station. "Jones take him to one of the interview rooms" he held up a hand to stop the kids from speaking. "If he can prove he's who he says he is then he can help us find Jack and your parents. Right now I need to go and speak to Mayor N Competent, the senator will be arriving within the next couple of hours."
"I suppose I newspaper or magazine and a glass of dandelion and burbock is out of the question?" The Doctor said as he was led down a corridor.
"Get him a coffee or a tea and here" Anthony said picking a copy of that day's newspaper from someones desk and handing it to the officer leading The Doctor away.
"I'll call Principal Buster guys" Junior said as he was sat at a desk and handed it's phone by another officer.
"You're lucky we have that soft touch Anthony for a chief nowadays" the officer said as he pushed The Doctor roughly into a chair and handed him the paper. "Crusher would have thrown you straight into a cell."
"Crusher was a thug with a badge from what I've heard. I remember you from when the Cybermen and the Daleks attacked Toontown Officer Avery" The Doctor said icily as the human toon glared at him as he backed out of the room.
"Senator Rhet Estam to visit toontown in his latest stop in his quest to rid the world of nuclear weapons" The Doctor read the headline on the folded up newspaper. "A noble goal indeed but if this world is like" The Doctor said as he unfolded the paper and trailed off as he saw the senators picture.

Dr Evil Scientist's Castle
"Each bot is not only equipped with a pistol but also has an inbuilt self destruct mechanism" Henery Hawk said as he and the others watched on a huge monitor as sveral copybots disguised as the Bunnys, Ducks and Cats walked out of the castle.
"What will they do?" Ted asked.
"Our mayor being a toon and therefore somewhat more durable than a human is to get a more hands on approach by this squad of copybots. This squad" Evil Scientist said as a second set of bots disguised as the Le Pews, Coyotes and Foghorn and Marvin followed them out. "Are programmed to attempt to assainate and wound the senator.

The Looniversity
Buster reached out and picked up the phone on his desk at the second ring. "Hello?"
"Principal Buster! It's Junior we need you to come the police station. Our parents are missing and..."
"Hold on Junior I'm on my way" Buster said before hanging up. He quickly shut down his computer and as he was halfway to the door it opened.
"HEy who are you?"
"A friend Mr Bunny. Of you and your students" The man a tall, broad human with greying black hair and a slightly weathered looking strong jawed face said. Buster noticed he was wearing a pair of large black sunglasses despite the storm brewing outside.

Toontown Police Station
"Of course that's why the Tardis brought me here" The Doctor said dropping the paper and vaulting over the table to the door.
"Listen to me you are all in danger all of you" he said as he began banging on the door. "This senator isn't who you think he is, he's oh no no not not now" The Doctor said as his knees buckled beneath him. "This regeneration hasn't finished yet but I don't have time for it to settle down" he said as he folded up on the floor.
