Part Two
"Doctor, Doctor wake up we need you" Lola said as she slapped him as hard as she dared across the face to revive him. Giving up on that she went out into the lab to check on Bugs. She stopped as she exited the Tardis looking around, the lab was completely empty a jagged rip in the middle of the floor that glowed with a fading white light.
Lola turned around again and again looking for any sign of anyone, "Where is everyone," she cried in desperation fear edging into her voice.
A groaning from within the Tardis attracted her attention, going back inside she saw that The Doctor was slowly getting back to his feet.
"Are you ok Doctor?"
He looked at her confused for a second as he stepped towards her. He blinked and refocused on her concern replacing his earlier look of confusion.
"I'm alright Lola, how many of them are still out there?"
"It's deserted. There's noone here but you and me."
"Hmm, unfortunately I expected as much. So why don't we try and see what happened here then?" he said as they exited the Tardis.
"I don't see what I can do here, I mean..."
The Doctor patted her arm reassuringly. "You can do plenty. For starters see if there are any cameras recording. CCTV of the lab, maybe Wile E was recording his experiment. So you do that while I inspect the machine." The Doctor said all this as he walked to the machine taking a metal rodv with a ball at one end containing a red jewel in it out of one of his pockets.
"What is that?" Lola asked looking at it curiously.
"It's my sonic screwdriver although the name is a bit misleading," he smile up at her from underneath the machine. "It can do so much more than just put a few shelves up, but sonic multitool just doesn't have the same ring to it does it?" The sonic screwdriver made a series of strange clicks and whistles as he ran it over the machine. As he did that Lola started looking around the lab for any cameras.

Wile E groaned as he feltb his head with one hand and tried to push himself up with the other. He turned his head as he heard someone else groan from ahead and to the right of him.
"Bugs?" he called, "Calamyite?"
"It's me Mr Coyote sir."
"Are you alright?"
"My head hurts too much for me to be dead so I guess so sir."
Wile E managed finally to stand up, "Have you seen Bugs?"
"No but I can barely see a thing in this gloom sir," the younger coyote said as Wile E came closer to him.
Wile E frowned in concern. Even in the darkness that enveloped the two of them he could tell that the two of them were no longer in his lab.

I couldn't tell who they were in the rain but I knew somebody was following me. It was a cold and very wet evening, rain from the sudden storm hammering down from the pitch black sky muffled every sound on the street. Worse than that it was so bad that the old mirror trick I'd just tried was useless - I could barely see my own reflection in the shop window from a foot away, let alone anyone behind me. Still after all that had gone down so recently between me, the Toons and the Sacred Blood hardwon experience as both a police detective and then later a PI told me to be careful, every instinct was yelling at me there was something wrong.
A tad frustrated I carried on walking back to my office/home. I'd been babysitting for the Ducks and because it was such a lovely day I had walked rather than driven over. Naturally with my luck a sudden storm had broken out and I didn't even have an umberella with me.
It was fortunate that I was so alert as I only just noticed a car quite literally come out of nowhere. Reacting instantly I dove sideways out of it's path as it raced forwards before crashing with a sickening thud into a tree.
Running up quickly to help whoever it was I cried out in shock as I recognised who it was. Slyvester was slumped over the steering wheel uncouncious, blood dripping from his nose. Junior was also out cold, only his seatbeat was keeping him in the passenger seat.
"Slyvester, Junior hold on guys," I said yanking with all my might on the car door.
"You should worry less about those two abominations and more about yourself heretic," a voice like claws down a chalkboard said from behind me.
I was reacting even as he was talking but it still too late, something heavy and hard dealt me a vicious blow to the temple, an expertly struck blow.
"You have interfeered with our rightous cause for the last time Nolan you heathen. Bring the two of them as well," the voice continued as I faded into the darkness of uncounciousness.

"Any luck Lola?" The Doctor asked as she knelt beside him.
"I'm afraid not. There aren't any cameras recording inside the lab and Wile E wasn't recording his experiment, so I'm going to go on to the security room and see if any of the cameras in the hallways show anything."
"Hold on a moment and I'll come with you," The Doctor replied as he frowned at his sonic screwdriver in concern.
"What's wrong now?"
"This machine shouldn't work at all. Gravity acts as a brake, it slows everything down. Time, light, everything. You can't travel forward in time with gravity, backwards yes but not forwards."
"I'll have to take your word for that. So any idea what happened yet?"
"This did," The Doctor said as he held something up in his hand. It looked like a classical column and was about five inches long and just under an inch thick. For some reason it reminded Lola of a coiled snake made out of metal.
"If I ask you what it is will I understand the answer?"
He smiled at her gently, "Don't worry I'll keep it as simple as I can for your tiny little blonde brain. It's a timescoop, a transmat slash timemachine."
"Transmat?"
"Transporter in trekkie."
"It's so small though!"
"Because it's dimensionally transcendental. Which means we're dealing with a rogue Timelord."
"Maybe I'm being blonde here," Lola said "But what's a Timelord?"
"Me for starters. It's the name of my people."
"But you look human."
"Actually humans look like Timelords, we were around first."
"Why would somebody from your planet sabotage Wile Es experiment and send my boyfriend, his colleague and one of their pupils to where or when who knows where?"
"Now that is the question isn't it!"

"Bugs?"
"Mr Bunny can you hear us sir?"
"Can you smell him at all?"
"No. I can't see him. I can't smell him. I can't hear him. I can't anything him," Calamity said his voice rising and his tone becoming borderline hysterical.
Wile E squeezed his student's shoulder gently, "We need to keep calm ok son. Keep calm and think. Afterall we're meant to be the smart ones right?"
Calamity took a deep breath before releasing it, "Yes it sir."
"Good now we keep our heads and stay together. First we need to find out where we are and or Bugs. It looks like we're in some kind of warehouse or something similar so find the wall and we'll find a lightswitch or a door. At the very least we should find a window and that will help us get our bearings."

"Wake up Nolan," someone snarled at me as he slapped me across the face. I was in a brightly lit mid sized room and the man I had mentally dubbed Claw because of his voice was stood in front of me. He had a shaved head with the distinctive SB tattoo distorted by a number of ugly looking scars. His nose had obviously been broken several times and never healed right once and a cruel, thick lipped mouth with two scars on either side of it. It was his eyes that unnerved me though, they were a muddy brown and filled with hate and something more. This was less a man who had me tied by the hands, feet and chest to a rolling office chair, more a monster.
He was maybe half an inch taller than me and had the over muscled physique of a heavy steroid user.
"Now that you're awake we have much to discuss,2 he said meeting my gaze.
"I have nothing to say to you, you vile excuse for a human being" I said the throbbing of my head allowing my temper to get the better of me.
He laughed softly without humour.
"I am among the chosen Nolan, not like you and those abominations that you so misguidedly protect. I have what you lack."
"Scars? Alopecia?"
"Funny," he said tracing the scar along my right eye one of his fellow SBs had given me before punching me so hard in the stomach only my bonds kept me in the chair. "I have clarity Nolan. Clarity of thought, deed and purpose."
"Kill the unworthy, the undeserving and the unclean? Basically anyone who doesn't look like you do."
"You twist the truth of our noble cause. Only those who can't be redeemed must be put to death."
"The whole basis of Christianity is that noone with the exeption of the Devil himself is beyond being redeemed. Jesus preached a gospel of peace, love and compassion. Of brotherhood and good works. How can you claim to be folowing him when you spread nothing but hate and violence?"
"We are the truely chosen. Have you never read the Old Testament?"
"Actually I have and if memory serves me that's the one that explicitly commands you not to kill. Those parts of scripture you and those like you use to justify yourselves aren't the words of God himself but of falliable mortal men."
He shook his head, "You will never understand."
"Nor will you."
"I want information from you Nolan not a debate. Informaton on your friends and their gotesque parody of civilisation.
"Go to hell."
"You and your abominations are going to hell, I am going to heaven when my time on this earth is done," he said reaching into his pocket and pulling out my gun.
"I will die for my friends before I betray them so shoot and be done with it."
"Such heroic nonsense Nolan," he sneered. "I expected just this from you. Bring them in
now." Sylvester and Junior were wheeled into the room. Both were strapped tightly onto gurneys with thick heavy straps on their wrists, chests and ankles and were clearly in need of medical attention.
"Who are you and what do want from us?" Sylvester slurred.
"They're more Sacred Blood scum Sylvester," I said.
"Who are you and what's a Sacred Blood?"
"Jack. Jack Nolan remember. You can't have forgotten our adventures together, like when you helped to save Toontown from the Cacophonics or when we met bigfoot?" I said my concern rising several notches, how hard had he hit his head.
"I've never met you and there's no such place."
"Enough," Claw cut in. "You will answer my questions or the two of them will be tortured the young one first," he said as he picked something up from a low toolbench behind him. I recognised it as a dental drill the exact same moment as he turned it on, the unpleasent high pitched whine filling the room as he advanced on Junior who was shaking with fear.

"The gym. We were in the gym" Wile E said again as the two stood out side the building they had just exited, "And it'S midnight?" he added looking up at the near full moon.
"Uhh Mr Coyote sir this may be a stupid question but where's the rest of the Looniversity?"
"What do you meaaaa," Wile E trailed off as he saw the building site they were standing across from.
"I think we may have somehow gone back in time," Wile E said.

Lola tried the door to the security room. " It's locked and I haven't got a key for it," she said.
"I have," The Doctor said pointing his sonic screwdriver at the lock. "Ladies first?"
"This isn't really the time for chivilary."
"Don't worry it's safe now," he said going inside Lola right behind him.
"Do you know how long the cameras record for?" The Doctor asked as he sat by the controls.
"I think Bugs said they tape for a week at a time but I wasn't really paying attention at the time."
"Let's hope that'll be long enough. Oh actually just twenty four hours would have sufficed."
"Why what do you see?"
He pointed at the screen showing the corridor outside Wile Es lab.
"Bugs?" Lola gasped, "Bugs caused all this? Why would he do that?"
"He didn't, that's not Bugs. It's someone using a shimmer to disguise themselves as him. After all he can go anywhere unchallenged in the Looniversity can't he so who better to impersonate?"
"How can you tell?"
"A Timelord doesn't see things the way you do. Now come on it's time to get moving if we want to rescue Bugs and the others."
"What are we going to do?" Lola asked as she followed him back to the Tardis.
"Input this data into the Tardis and scan for anyone else who may have disappeared. Then we'll go and pick them up and bring them home."
"It sounds so simple but something tells me it won't be will it?"
"You could stay here if you want to Lola," The Doctor said placing a hand gently on her shoulder. "I promise you that nothing will happen to him."
"I'm coming with you noone can keep that promise."
"Good girl. Connect this to the Tardis console and I'll start scanning. There's a connection port for it," he said handing her the sonic screwdriver as he opened the Tardis door.
Lola did so as The Doctor began tapping at a row of buttons and pulled a lever on another panel. The roof of the Tardis changed again to oncemore show Acme Acres from above. There was several blue circles and one red circle flashing at various locations.
"This is worse than I feared."
"Why what does that red circle mean?"
"That someone has been transported to another universe."

"When do they change the shifts at Toontown, police station, fire station and hospital?" Claw asked me as he neared Junior. "When does Crusher arrive at his office and when does Mayor N Competent reach his?"
Junior looked right at me wide eyed with fear, silently pleading with me to do something as Claw bent over him.
"You have five seconds to start talking Nolan and then the young abomination gets it," Claw said before he began to count down.
"Five, four, three, two, one."
